All of FMA's employees are US-based, but we proudly offer diversity in language services. We maintain a bi-lingual (mostly Spanish-speaking) staff; for language needs beyond our staff's abilities, FMA is set up to utilize a subcontractor who provides an even wider array of available languages, ensuring your caller's communication needs are satisfied. Additionally, FMA is set up to communicate with the hearing impaired via TDD calling.

FMA utilizes the Interactive Intelligence dialing system for both inbound and outbound dialing, which uses 500 concurrent lines. We maintain a redundant backup that utilizes "cloud-based" services, providing 2,000 concurrent calls. In terms of information security and quality of service, FMA is SSAE-16 Type II certified, Professional Practices Management Systems certified, and is an Accredited by the Better Business Bureau (currently rated as an A+ business).
